This is a tiny (1" tall) chain maille owl. The body is based on Borealis Metal Works' ladybug design, but has been modified to make it owl shaped. This owl has wings, big owl eyes, feet (with toes!) and a tail. He also has a ring on top for use as a pendant.

He is cute. Though I think he might need to be a bit taller. Owl's wing joints start at their shoulders not the top of their head. But for a tiny chain owl that's pretty damn good for (I'm guessing) try number one.
